Meet the Expert: Nisreen Mamaji

Nisreen Mamaji has been in the field of Financial Planning and Advisory since 1993 when she started her career with the American International Group in Dubai. She became one of their leading sales personnel within a short span of 4 years. Her campus placement post her MBA was with Lintas Advertising as an Assistant Client Executive from 1988-1990.

On her return to India she became one of the first 2000 advisors with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and became a Financial Planner largely due to the requests of her clients who wanted her to be a one stop shop for all their financial needs.

Her educational background is largely in sync with her career since she has completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College; LLB- General from Government Law College; Masters in Management Studies from Sydenham Institute of Management and Certified Financial Planning from Financial Planning Standards Board of India.

Currently Nisreen handles 150 relationships in the financial planning space. About 40% of Nisreen’s clients are NRIs which comprise 50% of her assets under management. The balance client profiles are retail clients corporate, professional and business.
