if u wish to lose weight then u need to follow one principle...
in breakfast eat like a king....in lunch like a prince and in dinner like a pauper.

I would suggest u have your glass of milk in the morning and donot consume any dairy products in the evening or night.
to stay fit u must realise that food and exercise play an important role. Food is around 70 percent responsible and exercise about 30 percent. A diet which fullfills ur daily calorie requirement alsong with nutritional needs is to be followed.

I left the nest after 12th to pursue higher studies in Delhi Univ. Since Hindu college does not have a hostel for women i stayed in a hostel run by the Army Wives Welfare Association. Frankly speaking those were some of the best days of my life.......and the harmless fun we had while getting ragged as freshers and ragging as seniors was part of it. Please dont get me wrong....i have heard my share of horror stories abt ragging in medical colleges and engineering colleges....and i agree they really needed to take it easy. But can u blame a movie like 3 idiots for the KEM medical college ragging ...more9 years ago

I must tell you guys that I myself belong to a state that was formed after a long agitation ...although a non violent one. I am from Uttarakhand. Though I have never stayed there but I have seen the development the state witnessed after fromation.
Similarly I have travelled extensively through Chattisgarh and a little in Jharkhand. With the exception of Jharkhand,...which failed miserably....the two other states are very progressive. A manager of a mall, a hotel management student, a chartered accountant and a son of a well-known doctor who is a former student of JNU got together with a purpose.....don't mistake it for some entrepreneurial intent. the purpose was to prey upon a female student of JNU while Driving and drinking in the campus. Wow.....what great men....
