Gaming in India: A Motion Controlled future
On the eve of E3, which also happens to the worlds biggest gaming fair, I just cant help but pause for a thought on the future of Gaming, and for me (call it selfish or patriotic), more in terms of Future of Gaming in India.
A $22 billion industry in US, it’s yet to even reach the Rs 22 billion mark in this country. Had decided to refrain from any kneejerk, impulsive reactions, positive or negative about the Apple Tablet. I wanted to read, absorb and then make up my mind.
So, now nearly 24 hours later, here's my verdict. I don't have an issue with the name as so many others in the world. Can't make out if Men have reacted more adversely to the name than Women.....but I think the name is the least of the problems.
Don't get me wrong. It's a good product, looks great. I have always loved Touch enabled gadgets and Apple's brilliant with it. The lack of physical keyboard is also not a concern for me b ...more 3 years ago

I have been thinking aloud on NDTV Social/GadgetGuru if the Apple Tablet in indeed such a big deal? Is it really the game changer that will shake the world of portable devices and computing?
The answer is we don’t know till Steve Jobs speaks later tonight.
Only then will we know if the mass hysteria that has been on for months around this one product, was justified or not. It is mass hysteria, nothing else justifies 25000 online articles, on this rumoured gadget
