"I think if what is quoted is TRUE, such persons should be given life imprisonment and he has to undergo severe community services of cleaning the Jail Toilet and cleaning the Jail kitchen for 5 years on continuous basis. That will ensure he repents his mistake and starts treating children more kindly."
