"Constitution speaks about how a State can be divided. But it does not say anything about the basis on which a State has to be divided. Also it does not speak about how many times a State can be divided. These two issues it had left for the political parties to decide. That is very wrong. Because political parties now a days are playing with people's sentiments like demagogues. They will encourage agitations for smaller states for political reasons and create regional divisions."
