"Also consider the question, where the MPs can go now if their voices (which are representative of the voices of the people they represent) are unheard. If they discuss and debate, it will not be cared because issue is pre-decided by government. Can they go to court now saying, we are representatives of people of our constituencies the concerns of our people must be earnestly heard BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE DECISION ON TELANGANA....not AFTER ALREADY ARRIVING AT THE DECISION OF TELANGANA? No. They cannot go to court because Article 122 does not empower courts to inquire into the proceedings of legislatures."
