let us all pray that SC is sensible and upholds the lower court verdict. Let this CBI get leashed for ever.

Raja, Kalmadi, Sajjan Kumar, Lalu, Amit Shah and Modi were hoping for some relief!!!

In the absence of any gazette notification,this judgement was delivered by the concerned High Court.It is a serious blunder comitted by the Govt./s in power since Independence.
Apex court should.now,direct the Govt.to go back and rectify their blunder,within a set time-frame.

In fact the High Court Judges of Gauhati High court should be congratulated . It is shocking that legality of powers of CBI was missed by successive Govts, parliament and even supreme court. As such CBI is under political cloud now even its powers are under legal cloud . It is simply shocking as how our govt and its bureaucrats work?

People, people look into the profiling of CBI. It is the verdict of the century. The CBI is simply used as political weapon against the state government by the Central government. The CBI is violation of federal structure if that exist in India. It is rightly declared unconstitutional and should not be created again. It should be dissolved permanently. The Central government can create an agency to investigate and prosecute only the central government financial crime, and not any other crime. Will the central government allow the state to investigate the Union Ministers, Governors, and financial crime by the Union government etc? It is time that all state governments should call to convene an emergency session in the Parliament to make final a full stop to CBI.

Excellent. This type of litigations will dust the decisions taken under influence and impulse. In case SC rules that the decision of lower court is right, then what happens to Congress ? Nation will be relieved of these stories of political black mail.

Is it possible for common citizen of India to get hearing from court ,the day they file appeal.?

The Govt's petition against Guwahai HC's order is based on 1. What Has happened & will happen 2. What CBI did & is doing and 3. Who praised CBI - it kept about violation of LAW

I guess judgement is right and center must rectify laws and give functional autonomy to CBI. Since law and order is under state judiciary system, only way CBI can be form by a functional autonomy i.e. accountable only to parliament and assembles of states. Good judgement by Gauhati High court and so far no one has noticed the point raised. Thanks to Gauhati High court. Congress and center took state for a ride for a long time!

If the countries court and government and law makers are fighting like this way, then where aam janta will go, what ever CBI has done till date will not have any standing then what will happen to that? who is responsible for this mess? who will punish them?finally who will save this great nation from this mess in all areas?may god will take care of this great nation.
