@Blind: This the trend and quality of politics, so that, ruling establishment for over 60 years can rule even with 15% votes and 10 MPs in hand. Countrymen, awake and vote for Modi for a change. He is the only politician showing results and approach is same to all citizens.

@Blind: in the end we all know that hypocrisy will win. AAP will support Congress to "keep communal forces at bay".

@ST: Maybe these autowalas take 50 rs. instead of 30 rs. Maybe they get 100 rs. more a day by doing that but what about the cheaters sitting in the lok sabha and rajya sabha. I would rather give the autowalas 20 rs. more than voting for corrupt bjp and congress.

This report is intended to dent the image of AAP. But every body know what is intension of AAP and what is motive of other. This difference can be easily picked up when they speak on TV. By this report, it looks like things are getting pretty obvious at this stage. Some people are panicked to the extent that they have realised that their free lunches are in danger. Accountibility will exist in India once Aam Aadmi gets power.

This AAP reminds me of a play 'Much Ado About Nothing' by William Shakespeare.

@Anonymous: What can I say - you are not to be blamed. The country has become so demoralized that nobody believes in politics - probably you are kind of the people would be the biggest beneficiary when AAP comes to power. AAP might bering that faith in public life back to you.

    AAP statement on Rakesh Aggarwal

At the outset, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) wants to clear that Rakesh Agarwal, whose name has figured in some reports pointing fingers at the party functioning, is not a member of any committee or functioning body in the party.

He has never been part of party's any decision making body. He had only approached AAP earlier this year during the time of a rally of auto rickshaw drivers at Ramlila Maidan. When AAP took part in the rally of auto rickshaw drivers at Ramlila Maidan, thousands of auto rickshaw drivers approached Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders asking them not to keep any contact with Rakesh Agarwal.

They clearly told AAP that they support AAP but don't want to be with Rakesh Agarwal. We want to categorically state that he has never been part of any committee of body of AAP.

He has been quoted as secretary of a NGO called Nyayabhoomi. However, according to Lt Colonel (Retd.) B Sharan, who is President of Nyayabhoomi has clarified that Rakesh Agarwal is a fraudster who has embezzled funds of his NGO and is already facing several cases of fraud in Delhi courts.

According to Lt Colonel (Retd.) Sharan, NGO Nyayabhoomi (2003) that he founded was formed for working on governance issues. But during 2003-08, Rakesh Agarwal, while working as NGO's secretary, duped thousands of auto rickshaw drivers on pretext of getting them clearances from Delhi transport authority to the tune of several lakhs.

Auto drivers complained against him. When Nyayabhoomi executive committee questioned him and asked for accounts but he refused. Following this, the executive committee of Nyayabhoomi in April 2008 unanimously expelled him. But he continued using Nyayabhoomi's name.

The NGO then filed a case in Tis Hazari court to make him stop using Nyayabhoomi's name. They also filed a case in Patiala House courts against him for fraud and embezzlement of funds of NGO.

As per Lt Colonel (Retd.) Sharan, Rakesh Agarwal then started defaming him similar to the way he is targeting AAP. After this colonel Sharan filed a defamation suit in Patiala House court.

Meanwhile, Rakesh Agarwal had filed a writ petition for some issues related to auto rickshaw drivers in Delhi high Court posing as Nyayabhoomi's secretary. But when Lt Colonel (Retd.) Sharan approached court and told it the truth, Rakesh Agarwal was fined of Rs 5,000 by court and his writ was dismissed.

Aam Aadmi Party once again clarifies that Rakesh Agarwal has not been in AAP's any decision making body or committee. He has not been part of any decision making body. He is not even member of Nyayabhoomi and is instead facing cases from the NGO itself. He could be working on directions of anyone else.

@AAP Supporter: We all know how comfortable Kejriwal lies or it AAP party members. Do you think we will believe such explanations. No. Also, we know very well that Kejriwal has support from anti-social elements and even terrorist sympatizers. These people who stormed the meeting can be those anti-social elements sent by Kejriwal to disrupt any dissent.

This was to happen as all are leaders in the AAP party, looks like no trust on Arivind Kejriwal. I think members in the party don't listen to each other in the same way were Anna's advice was ignored on formation of political party.

@Vinay: This is exactly why this whole tamasha by Congress and BJP is being done, to create doubts in the mind of people that AAP is not good. They are scared and they will attack AAP with every other allegation to avoid AAP being successful.. That is what Anna ji was scared of that they will get muddy in politics. Mahatma Gandhi's quote "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win." If you carefully notice over the last one year that is what BJP/Congress did.. They are now fighting back for their survival.

BJP and Congress are lying on our faces....and they want to probe AAP? It tells how stupid they are. Aam Aadmi Party is the only party which is transparent and honest in Indian politics

Should this be taken an another attempt by congress to derail AAP?
As far as governance experience is concern then how do you grade Mamta benerji, Jay Lalita and for that Matter Mr. Manmohan singh ji. Later was just an economist & academic with little or no clue about governance?
