M F Husain, revered by many as India's Picasso, is no longer an Indian anymore. On Thursday Husain, who was on a self exile, driven by right-wing fundamentalist found succor with the Qatar government bestowing citizenship to India’s most renowned living legend. The 95-year old painter has been living in self exile since 2006 as he was getting hounded by Hindu organisations for his artwork depicting nudity of Hindu goddesses and ‘Bharat-Mata’.
