considering strict food regulations in Japan and US, I cant help but think about things these fast food chains are serving in India with nearly no regulations.
Thats it, I am done eating at McD, KFC, and the rest.
I had found a pencil lead like object in a cold coffee at Mc.Donalds, since we had taken take-away the store manager insisted that it must have have come from outside and theres no possibility of lead in mc d's glass or coffee. Since, we have stopped eating there.
In the US, McDonalds is a poor man's food, at the bottom of the food chain in terms of quality. "Pink Slime" is used in all their products. Also FOBs (Fresh Off The Boat), and those who don't know any better or can't cook eat McDonalds. International fast food chains should not be allowed to operate in India as their food contains very high levels of Fat and Sodium causing Obesity.
May be it was a supplement (to help chewing the fries properly).
Jokes apart, outsourcing has quality issues and when we are talking about mass production, this is bound to happen...
still terrifying when I think about the possibility of finding something like this in the food as we eat...

They can't keep an elephant's tooth for a $ 2 burger
