I was searching for the benefits of oatmeal made with steel-cut oats vs. overnight oats made with rolled oats. I think the steel cut are better. I make a batch in my Instant Pot pressure cooker and get 5 breakfasts from it. I add fruit and yogurt each day.

Where can I buy overnight oats if the instant oats we so readily get are not healthy?
@Anonymous: I buy regular rolled oats (Bob's work the best) and run them through a mill giving them the "instant" consistency. Works great.
