I love you just as a friend Sarika. I am not able to read the whole information now but the way you wrote it was super lovely which made me able to get the most information I needed.
2 Bananas wont be enough
I ate about 6 bananas with a bowl of white rice in one siting . I felt the frontal heart muscles (pectoral muscles) twitching as if something was violently tweeking/shaking them... This happened for about 2 mins straight then it stopped. Is this a problem I should be concerned with. I love bananas so much that I just can eat only 2 and stop....I must eat at least 5... I've done this every other day in the past 2 days. Some weeks before today I would slice up 2 bananas into pieces and mix it up with other fruits (this later part would happen once everyweek).
Am I at risk?
I didn't know know that eating more than 2 bananas a day will do you more harm than good. I have gotten on a banana eating kick. I will slice one up, sprinkle sugar over them, then put a big chunk of peanut butter on my plate. Get a little peanut butter, fork a slice of banana and eat it. I have been known to eat 4 to 5 a day just like explained before.
I truly hate to hear that I am over doing it with bananas. What you have said is true in my case. I already have IBS W/CONSTAPANTION. So now I am really backed up.
Honestly, I thought it was a better choice than what I normally eat, snack on. Chips, cookies, snack cakes, etc...
@Anonymous: Oh dear. Sometimes we think we are doing good but not so. Sprinkling sugar on it is going to undo any goodness, sorry to say. As you say, though, better than how you used to eat. Pat yourself on the back for making progressively healthier choices. Sugar is highly addictive. I find the more tired I am, the more I crave it. Try to get enough sleep and counter the sugar with something healthy. Do you like vegetables? Sweet potatoes are wonderful for providing a sweet taste, have a low glycemic index and lots of beta carotene. Maybe a nutritionist can help you formulate meal plans that are healthy and gentle on your gut. Good luck.
That's Why Monkeys Sleep Too MUCH
