This happened to me a good year ago or more. I actually had bought a laptop and a Microsoft Office card, and when the card would not load Office, I called tech support number right off the card, and it gave me to one of these guys!! Long story a little shorter, they gained access to my computer, it was brand new, and I have a friend in IT who was gonna check it out, but knowing this, someone still has access to my computer! I'm glad they were busted! Hope it teaches a lesson!!
